Ceryn provides customer support only through the two channels below. WhatsApp is for chat only — we do not make or receive support calls.
02Beware of fraud & impersonation
Ceryn has only two official support channels: WhatsApp +91 63541 54054 (chat only) and support@ceryn.in.
Any other phone number, WhatsApp account, email address, social media profile, website or person claiming to represent Ceryn or its support team does not belong to us. We do not make support calls from any number. Our only official social pages are Instagram @ceryn.in, Facebook ceryn.in and YouTube @CerynOfficial; they are for updates only, not for orders or payments.
For your safety, Ceryn will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card details or passwords, ask you to install any app, or ask you to pay into a personal bank account or UPI ID.
We kindly request you not to share order or payment details on any other channel. Ceryn and SURCOVE are not responsible for any loss, fraud or misuse that arises when a customer communicates with, or makes a payment to, anyone other than our two official channels. If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, please verify it with us on our official WhatsApp first.
Common warning signs include: calls or messages from unknown numbers offering refunds, prizes or lucky draws; requests to pay a “delivery” or “verification” fee; payment links sent from personal numbers; and requests to install screen-sharing apps.
03How to verify a message
- Check that the number is exactly +91 63541 54054 or the email is exactly support@ceryn.in.
- If in doubt, stop and message us directly on our official WhatsApp before sharing anything.
- Report suspicious numbers or profiles to us so that we can warn other customers. You can also report cyber fraud at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling 1930.
04Always record a 360° unboxing video
A clear, uncut 360° unboxing video — from the sealed parcel and shipping label to the opened product — is mandatory for every exchange, return or damage claim. Without it, we are unable to accept the request. See our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
05Offers & coupons
- Offers are valid only on ceryn.in and are applied as shown in your cart or at checkout.
- Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, and they may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Offers announced by any unofficial page, number or profile are not valid. See our current offers on the Offers page.
06Cash on delivery etiquette
Every refused or unaccepted cash on delivery parcel costs a small brand like ours two-way shipping. Please place COD orders only when you intend to accept them. We may restrict COD on future orders for accounts with repeated refusals.
07Festive & holiday breaks
During festive breaks (such as Diwali) our team may pause support, dispatch, exchanges and returns for a few days. Any such break, with exact dates, will be announced on this page and on our website banner in advance. Orders placed during a break are dispatched in sequence once we are back, and the 7-day request window is not affected for parcels delivered during a break.
08Colours, sizes & measurements
Slight variations in colour, print placement and measurements are natural for fabric and photography. Please check the size chart on every product page and read our Fabric, Colour & Print Disclaimer before ordering.
