Changes to size or quantity are not possible once an order is placed. You can cancel it before dispatch and place a new order.

Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your 360° unboxing video and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will make it right at no extra cost to you.

Most Ceryn styles are available from XS to 4XL. Some styles show the bust size next to the label, for example M (38) or L (40). Available sizes are shown on each product page.

Our satin kaftans are free size, with a relaxed cut that comfortably fits up to XXL (44 inch bust). The length is about 46 inches. The exact details are on each product page.

We generally recommend the larger size, especially for structured tops, shirts and blazers. If you’re unsure, WhatsApp us your bust, waist and hip measurements and the product link, and we will suggest a size.

Co-ord sets, skirt sets and twinsets are sold as a complete set in one size, unless the product page says otherwise. “Only Tops” styles are sold as a single top.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch within India, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp or email. You can also message us your order number for an update.

Yes. Shipping is free on every order within India, with no minimum order value.

Yes. We deliver to selected countries, including the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia and Singapore, for a flat ₹1,700 per order. International delivery usually takes 10–20 business days after dispatch, orders must be prepaid, and any customs duties are paid by the customer. See our Shipping Policy.

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. A clear, uncut 360° unboxing video is mandatory. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with all tags and pieces. Read the full Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Yes, subject to stock. If your size is unavailable, we issue store credit instead.

Approved returns are refunded as Ceryn store credit. If an exchanged size still doesn’t fit, you may request a refund to your bank or UPI instead, with a ₹350 handling and shipping fee deducted.

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and your 360° unboxing video. Please don’t send the parcel until we approve the request.

Pickup depends on your pin code. If it isn’t available, you’ll need to ship the parcel to our warehouse. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong.

Within 24–72 business hours after your parcel reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

If the packaging looks damaged, start recording before accepting it from the courier, then message us immediately with the video.

Yes. Payments are handled by secure, encrypted payment gateways. Ceryn never sees or stores your full card details or UPI PIN.

This is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it isn’t, message us with your payment details and we’ll help.
